Query Epilogue Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Customer's Company Name] ("Customer") and Ewarenow ("Company").

WHEREAS, the Customer acknowledges that the use of the Epilogue feature may result in changes or deletions of data in the Customer's database.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Additional Information: The Customer agrees to provide any additional information required by the Company to facilitate the use of the Epilogue feature.

2. Limitation of Liability: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any problems, including but not limited to data loss or corruption, caused by the use of the Epilogue feature.

3. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the Epilogue feature.

4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
